NEW BUILDFAX
We have partnered up with BUILDFAX to offer all of our clients a full BuildFax Report. This report is very helpful to us when performing your inspection as it provides invaluable property information. The report provides a list of all permits ever pulled, information regarding “open” permits, a list of all the contractors, whom have worked on the property, valuation information, risk information (fire history, etc.) and much much more.. The report is used by the inspector during the inspection process and provided to you with your Home Inspection.
Computerized Reports, with pictures, will be sent within 24 hours of Inspection. Wind Mitigation Reports will be ready for your client to sign on site.
